Gratitude

I often find myself in a quiet moment at the end of a long day reflecting on the wonderful people I've spoken with or e-mailed or framed for and I'm filled with awe for the special nature of the needleworkers I've had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with.  I am grateful for the kindnesses that are heaped on me every day.  Even on the hard days I seem to be able to find a moment or a person or a pat on the head to be grateful for.
Here's a fond "thank you" to all of you who have planted the seeds of gratitude in my studio.

I felt like I was swimming through gelatin most of this week, but we managed to do a few great pieces.
I just added a page for those of you wondering how the "mail-order" framing process works.  Check out
the page called "the process".

Just when you think you've seen it all, along comes another masterpiece.  This week the kudos go to Marlene.  You go girl!

And the rest of this week's highlights...

Before I show you more from the archives I want to mention that when I framed most of these pieces, I didn't have any idea what the piece was called or who the designer was - I merely framed it.  So, be aware that I may not be able to identify a piece by name or designer, but I'll do what I can.

I am in awe of your talent and also the talent of the stitchers. That first piece is amazing.

Gorgeous, amazing framing as usual. I especially loved "This is the Day" ;-) If all goes well I hope to see you and pick it up Wed. the 27th.
I also hope Julia's recovery is going well.
Take care, dear friend.
